Care
At Marie Louise House, we have more than 15 years of experience providing expert nursing, respite and dementia care.
Quality of care
At Marie Louise House, our caring team includes Registered Nurses and trained care assistants, all supported by a wonderful group of ancillary staff.
We believe in the importance of ongoing training and personal development, ensuring that you receive the highest quality of care. We have a lot of experience in providing person-centred care, and just like every resident here, your care will be tailored to your unique needs. Together with you, a family member, power of attorney, or advocate, we will create a personalised care plan that reflects what matters most to you. This care plan is flexible and can change as your needs and preferences evolve. It considers all aspects of your well-being, including physical, emotional, clinical, and spiritual needs, and helps us support you in living your life to the fullest.
Marie Louise House is regulated by the Care Quality Commission, and we are dedicated to offering a safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led service.
We also have qualified Registered General Nurses, who continuously review our quality of care.

If religion is important to you, we will make strong provision to ensure that your chosen practices can be followed.

You can also attend mass at St. Joseph’s Church, within the grounds of Marie Louise House, which takes place on a daily basis.
Alternatively, you can participate in mass on a daily basis from your room as Marie Louise House has direct video links to St. Joseph’s Church. The Daughters of Wisdom provide pastoral services within the home.
Our home also has strong links with denominations of all religious faiths within the local area.
We can organise visits to places of worship of your choosing and we can also arrange for you to receive visits from religious leaders.
